By booking a service with Birla AC Service on WhatsApp you agree to these terms.

The visit time, service details and price are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before the technician visits.

Spare parts, if needed, are charged extra. We tell you the cost and take your approval before replacing any part.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your booking.

The 10% discount applies to your first service booking with Birla AC Service only.

It applies to the service or labour charge, not to spare parts.

One discount per customer. It cannot be combined with other offers. Ask for it on WhatsApp when you book.

We provide home repair and service for AC, fridge, TV, washing machine, microwave, mixer grinder and other small appliances.

After you message us, we confirm the visit time with you on WhatsApp.

Please keep the appliance accessible and someone available at home during the visit.

You can cancel or reschedule a visit on WhatsApp before the technician leaves for your location.

If you have already paid and the service could not be done, we refund the amount for the work not done to your original payment method.

If you face any issue with the work done, message us on WhatsApp and we will check and fix it.

We only collect the details needed for your booking: your name, phone number, address and appliance details.

We use these details to contact you and complete the service. We do not sell your details.

To ask us to delete your details, message us on WhatsApp.

Birla AC Service is an independent home appliance repair service.

We are not an authorised service centre of any appliance brand and are not affiliated with any manufacturer. Brand names belong to their owners.
